The maximum number of contact records you can maintain in the system differs by service plan as illustrated in the table below. If you need to manage more contacts than what these plans provide, call us. We would be pleased to customize a plan for you.

1Service plans may be either monthly or 12-month. Annual agreements provide a 15% discount. Payment is due at the beginning of each service period. For annual subscriptions, the one-time $95 website domain setup fee is waived. (Domain registration fees are not included.)
Customized Plans:
If you need to manage larger contact lists or need features not currently supported by our system, please call. We are pleased to establish a custom service plan to suite your organization and make customizations to your system as needed.
Service Plan Changes:
You may change your Service Plan at any time with the following conditions:
- Service Upgrade – You may upgrade your service at any time by changing from a lesser-priced plan to a greater-priced plan. The effective date of the change shall be the date of change. Any amount paid for the current service plan that has not been fully realized shall be pro-rated and credited toward the cost of the new service plan.
- Service Downgrade – You may change to a lesser-priced plan or term at any time. However, the effective date of the change shall be the day after the “Paid-through” date of the current plan.
- Service Cancellation – A service cancellation request may be submitted at any time. However, the effective date of cancellation shall be the “Paid-through” date of the current plan.
