Igenti-survey^TM is fully integrated with Igenti-market. It is an online questionnaire and assessment system that can be used to conduct surveys, needs assessments, testing, suitability assessments, opinion polling, screening, information gathering, and more.

 The system supports response scoring and automated tabulation of results. It is easy to learn and use. You can produce a question set (Q-Set) and deliver it by email to thousands of contacts all in the same day. Because it is totally online, there is nothing to install and you can access the system from any computer that can access the Internet.

Igenti-survey works as follows:

1. Use the question editor (Q-Editor) to add questions to your question library (Q-Library). The Q-Editor lets you assign a variety of parameters to the question to control its presentation and scoring characteristics in the library and on the response pages.
2. Create a questionnaire (Q-Set) by selecting questions from the library. As you select questions you also assign an order of presentation.
3. Preview your Q-Set and edit questions as needed. Change the status of your Q-Set to "Active" when it is ready to use.
4. Send invitations to your contact list by email using the integrated Igenti-market message system. Contacts that receive your email message will be able to click on a link to the questionnaire and begin to submit responses.
5. Review reports and scorecards summarizing the results of the survey with links to detailed responses by contact.

Unlimited - The system lets you enter an unlimited number of questions into the library, create an unlimited number of Q-Sets, and send as often as you like to the full number of contacts supported by your Igenti-market subscription. Igenti-survey is fully integrated with Igenti-market so you have the complete contact list management, message creation and delivery functionality provided by Igenti-market to help you with your survey.

Flexible - The Q-Library, Q-Sets, and Q-Editor, are designed with an extensive feature set to provide maximum flexibility with the design and presentation of your questionnaires and response pages so any investment of time in question creation can be used again later in other questionnaires.

Online - Igenti-survey is totally online! You access the online system to create your questionnaires, email is then used to deliver the invitations, and contacts are linked directly to the online questionnaires to respond. Their responses are then automatically saved and tabulated in real-time so you can view easy-to-read reports and scorecards online to evaluate results.

Informative - The question creation process (Q-Editor) let's you assign a score value to responses and questions to groups. Responses are then scored and summarized by group so you can use the system to conduct dynamic assessments to evaluate almost anything. Reports presented summarize results of each survey and include links to detailed information presenting the responses of each contact when needed.
