Applicant Tracking System:
While applicants access the "Career Center" of Igenti-hire, recruiters and hiring managers access the "Applicant Tracking" portion of the system.
The hiring process is initiated and managed from the Applicant Tracking system. Job templates and screening questions can be entered into libraries for later selection during the job requisition creation and posting process. Candidate communications, resumes, responses to interactive questions, screening results, and status indicators are presented in the Applicant and Resume Management sub-systems.
