Igenti-market Features

 
Igenti-market is an online system that provides a broad range of features and functionality to support the operations of the smallest organizations as well as the largest. Over the years, we have gained valuable experience with both. Our customers include very small organizations as well as Fortune 500 and global. Following is a description of some of the functions and features supported by the Igenti-market system. Because it is online, Igenti-market can be accessed from home or office by anyone with a computer, browser and proper access rights.

System Features

Item Description
"Opt-in" form Provides a means for persons that visit your website to self-subscribe to your list(s) so they can automatically receive your communications and update their profile as their contact information or preferences change.
Contact Management Includes email, postal address, telephone and other fields and category information including user-defined fields and functionality to search, add and delete contact records, add notes, include contacts on multiple lists, export to MS Outlook, etc.
 List Management Unlimited lists, including merge, validation, import/export with MS Excel, easy add/remove list membership, contact filtering, etc.
 Exception Management For contact records with regard to bounce, remove, duplicate, bad emails, never send, and restore events, to prevent communications when necessary.
 Message Creation Using libraries of templates and images to help construct a message and include links to other web pages such as: order forms, assessment systems (Igenti-survey), hiring systems (Igenti-hire), etc.
 Personalized messages Emails sent can be automatically addressed to the individual contact by name (first and last, or either). Personalization can be placed at any point within the message body and on the message subject line.
 Message Attachments Include links to documents or other files maintained in an attachments library. To conserve bandwidth, attachments are not actually sent to contacts. Instead, a link is provided with the message delivered to access the attachment online. This approach also provides the means to remove an attachment post-send when necessary.
 Campaign Management Schedule messages to be sent to one or more contact lists based on selected parameters and to report on the success of each campaign.
 Task Management Use Igenti-market to help manage "to do's" that relate to your contacts or as a sales force automation system. Assign tasks to users and manage their progress with online reports.
 Update Profile Provide a link in the email messages sent to let the recipient self-update their account profile including email address, telephone number, etc.
 Remove/Restore Links provided in each email sent include a "Remove" link (as required by law) to permit the recipient to opt-out of a list. This feature can be followed by a "Restore" prompt to give the recipient an opportunity to re-established themselves on the list.
 Distribution list validation To accommodate the dynamic nature of contact lists to eliminate duplicate emails, bad emails, previously bounced emails, and records tagged as "remove" and "never send" from the list(s) to be sent.
 Reports to measure success Reports display counts and detailed lists of the emails sent, viewed, clicked, removed, restored, etc., in real-time.
 "Bounced Reason" reporting Reports provide detail what emails bounced and why so you will have the information needed to take corrective action.
 Updated profile reporting

So will you know who updated their profile and when.  

 History maintained For a minimum of one year so you will know who received what message, when, and if they viewed or clicked on the message.
 CAN-SPAM Act 2003 compliant The system is compliant with the CAM-SPAM Act of 2003 and compliant with programs such as "Sender ID" to prevent risk of penalty to the organization, to assure the integrity of email as a communication system, and to enhance deliverability.
 Security Security provided with 128-bit SSL encryption and password protected login requiring ID's for system (company) and user. Dual roles for users support administrator users and staff users with differing access rights. Advanced access rights managed by user group are available in Enterprise systems.
 Approval Process An "Approval" system is included for messages to facilitate the steps needed to construct and prepare a message for delivery and to track pending, partial and approval status for multiple approvers.
 Automated Servicing The system supports "Serviced" contact lists (also known as "running campaigns" or "auto-agents") to send messages to contacts that join lists without user intervention.
 Reply Email Account The user may designate separate "From" and "Reply-to" emails for each message sent in order to direct "replies" as needed.
 User-Defined Fields The system supports over 60 renamable fields. Of these 60, 30 are user-defined fields (5 combo box selection fields; 10 entry fields and 10 check box fields, to be used as needed).
 Field Renaming / Required Any field used in the system may be renamed or designated as a required field. Comments may also be entered beside any field to provide instruction.
 Form Builder

The system provides a "form builder" function to permit the user to add and remove fields to/from system forms (Opt-in, Update Profile, Contact Record, Search page, Import page) as needed.

 Online Surveys  Use your Igenti-market system to deliver online questionnaires to your contacts. Prepare question sets from your own private question library. Use true/false, multiple choice, multiple select and other question types with points assigned by response to develop a score by group to survey customer satisfaction, assess prospect needs, test job candidate skills, etc. Use narrative questions to obtain a written description from your contacts as needed.

Provides a means to automatically make contacts members of contact lists based on the interests expressed by the contact. Contacts lists can then be "Serviced" and automatically sent messages as designated by a Campaign.
 Message Tracks To provide a means to send a designated follow-up message at a certain date based on a given action by the recipient in response to a message received.
 Related System Access To easily navigate and manage multiple Igenti-market systems (clients) from a single login account.
 Web Site Creation Create, publish, and maintain your own web site from within the Igenti system without IT assistance! No HTML knowledge is needed! 
 Menu Access Rights Manage system access rights by user, based on group membership to control access to content, menus, and system features.
 Parent/Child list management To enable organizations with multiple offices, departments, or subsidiaries, to operate separate Igenti-market systems within each unit and to automatically roll-up lists to the parent when parent communications are needed to the entire enterprise.
 Web Service Integration Interface the system with other applications with web services. This feature helps you get the most from your investment in existing contact management and other applications by enhancing those applications with Igenti.
